Challenging myself physically has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. And now, helping others navigate movement and exercise, teaching them to fuel their bodies properly, and promoting a healthier mindset is an absolute joy. Admittedly, I’m a biomechanics nerd for life and wouldn’t have it any other way! 
I have trained and coached women individually and in group settings. Currently, I teach yoga & fitness classes in Jacksonville, FL and enjoy crafting unique programs that include elements of yoga, tai chi, pilates, kickboxing, strength training, HIIT, speed & agility drills for athletes, kids’ classes, and more!
