Join us Saturday mornings from Sept 18 – Oct 23 to break a sweat on your own terms. I provide the instruction (and music & FUN) and YOU control the pace!
“HIIT By Hope” is a 45-minute class that targets strength training, tabata, and a yoga cool-down. And “what’s tabata?” you might ask. Tabata is interval training with short bursts of higher intensity movement interchanged by periods of rest. Move at a rate that you can handle while torching calories in a positive group setting!
Whether you are a beginner or regular athlete, this class is absolutely for you to promote an active and healthy lifestyle!
